Tracy Joe Catt, 51, formerly of Otwell, passed away April 9, 2023 in Alexandria, VA. He was born June 22, 1971 to Charles Edward and Kathy (Trayler) Catt in Washington, IN.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A private family burial will take place at a later date. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
