Tim Willis

Wesley “Tim” Willis, 71, of Petersburg, passed away November 27, 2025 at the Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg. He was born May 4, 1954 to Wesley B. and Mary (Evans) Willis in Petersburg, IN. Tim worked for the Indiana State Highway Dept. for 40 years. He loved spending time with family and fishing whenever he got a chance. One of his favorite hobbies was John Deere tractors.

Tim is survived by his mother, Mary Willis; sisters, Juanita (Raymond) Richardson and Jenita Horton; nephew, Gina and Ryan Richardson; and a niece, Jelena Horton.

He is preceded in death by his father, Wesley B. Willis; brother, Roger Willis; brother in law, Jerry Horton; and a nephew, Jerry Lee Horton.

Services for Tim will take place at 1:30 PM EST on Thursday, December 4, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN. Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM EST until service time. Pastor Ron Ficklin will be officiating and burial will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
