Vera Lynn Ingersoll, 81, of Petersburg, Indiana passed away on July 19, 2023. She was born on January 1, 1942, to Gilbert and Hattie (English) Johnson.

Vera is survived by a son, Steve Ingersoll of Petersburg, Ind.; a sister, Phyllis Rainey; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces & nephews.  Vera was proceeded in death by her husband, Larry Ingersoll; daughters, Sherri Earley, Lisa Coffman, and Teresa Ingersoll; and brothers & sisters. Vera was a member of the First Baptist Church in Petersburg, Indiana.

Funeral services for Vera will be on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 1pm EST at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 11am until time of services. Pastor Mike Miller will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Petersburg, Indiana.
