Cecile Mae Fox, affectionately known as "Trudy", 85, passed away peacefully in Vincennes, IN on Saturday, April 19, 2025 with her daughter by her side. Trudy was born at home to Rudolph and Lottie Beatrice White in Petersburg, IN on May 1, 1939. She was blessed to have sisters, Frankie, Billie, and Willie, and her brother, Jimmie Lee White.

Trudy married Glen A. Fox on May 8, 1958 and celebrated 50 years of marriage before he passed on May 21, 2008. She dedicated her life to being a wonderful wife and mother. When her children were in Junior High School she decided to go to work starting at Pike Central High School and then going to Petersburg Elementary School for the housekeeping department. She loved her job but most of all loved her co-workers, teachers, and students. Many kept in touch with her after retirement. Steve Meadors and the late Howard Briscoe were very special to her and so very kind. Trudy passed kindness along with her giving. She had a wonderful personality and so enjoyed laughter.

Trudy is survived by her daughter, Kitty Lynn Turner; bonus grandchildren, Kristi (Tucker) Seiber and Greg Turner; sister, Frankie Blaize; brother, Jimmie (Judy) White; nieces and nephews, Bill Wayne Hall, Glenda Barrett, Carla Knight, Marla Stemle, Penny Pickard, and their families; special friends, Harold Bohnert and Patty Beck; she absolutely loved her bonus family at Petersburg Subway where she visited every day, she was their very best customer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Lottie White; husband, Glen A. Fox Sr.; son, Glen A. Fox Jr.; son in law, Randall Turner; sisters, Billie and Willie Gregory; nephew, Jeff White; in laws, Adrain and Delcie Fox and Ted and June Duncan.

Trudy's favorite bible verse was John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". Trudy gave her heart to Jesus as a child during Vacation Bible School at the Baptist Church.
