Shelly Renee Freeland, 51, passed away at her home on Sunday, October 20,2019. She was born in Lawrenceburg, Indiana on August 29,1968, to William and Donna (Tschaenn) Robertson.

Shelly married Larry Freeland on October 19, 1985. Shelly worked at PCARC as a direct care staff member for 14 years.

Shelly is survived by: her husband, Larry Freeland; 2 daughters, Tasha Nichole Freeland of Winslow, and Shannon (Michael) Emanuele of Petersburg; a son, Jesse (Cierrah) Freeland of Petersburg; 3 grandchildren, Amelia Dawn Freeland, Michael Joseph Emanuele II, and Legend William Emanuele; a brother, Billy Robertson of Lexington, Kentucky.; a sister, Becky Benefield of Washington, Indiana; and her mother Donna Robertson of Petersburg. She was preceded in death by her father, William Robertson.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg. Pastor Joseph Collins will be officiating the services. Burial will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery.
