Sharon Louise Wineinger, 77, of Freedom, IN, passed away November 9, 2021 at her residence. She was born September 18, 1944 in Petersburg, IN to Noral and Clara Wanna Lee (Hale) Harrison. She married her husband of 59 years, Phil Wineinger, on September 22, 1962. She worked as a Park Ranger at McCormicks Creek for many years.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Phil Wineinger; son, Roy (Carleen) Wineinger; granddaughter, Kirsten Wineinger; and niece, Wanda (Jim) Goodpasture.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara Stroud and Clara Potts; and brother, Richard Lee Harrison.

Services for Sharon will take place at 2 PM EST on Saturday, November 13, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN with visitation from 12 PM until service time. Pastors Todd Mosby and Clark Gray will be officiating. Burial will follow at Otwell Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
