Sandra Kaye Lottes Boruff, 70, of Bloomington, IN passed away November 20, 2023. She was born October 30, 1953 to Hilbert Herman and Ninalea (Dillon) Lottes in Jasper, IN. Sandy graduated from Otwell High School Class of 1971 and attended Indiana University. She worked at Indiana University as a payroll and retirement specialist. She and her husband, Roger Boruff were together from 1978 until they were married in October of 1993.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Roger Boruff of Bloomington, IN; brother, Jerry Lottes of Otwell; niece, Mindy (Billy) Nolan of Petersburg; 2 great nieces; 2 great nephews; 5 great-great nephews; and several other nieces and nephews.

Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Hilbert and Ninalea Lottes; brothers, James 'Butch' Lottes and Kevin Lottes; and a sister, Pamela Sue Bough.

A private family service will take place. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
