Rosemary F. Weathers, 99, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 at Lakewood Home in Petersburg, Indiana.
She was born in Petersburg on August 31, 1923 to William E. and Hester Hazel (Arbuckle) Franklin. She was preceded in death by William "Doc" Weathers in 1998.
Services will be at 11:00am on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana, with burial to follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, Pastor Phillip Queen officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home.
