Ralph Allen Garland, 64, of Jasper passed away February 21 in Jasper. He was born November 23, 1953 in Huntingburg, IN to Ralph and Wanda (Powers) Garland. Ralph is survived by his son, Clint (Michelle) Garland; daughter, Lindsay (Jake) Meadows; and 4 grandchildren. Memorial services will take place at a later date for Ralph.
