Racheal Lynn Murray, 49, passed away on June 16, 2026, in Indianapolis.

She was the daughter of Toney Murray and Linda Murray Bayne, both of whom precede her death.

Racheal was taken from us far too soon, and our family is currently navigating the profound shock and grief of this immense loss. To know Racheal was to know a true gem. She was a woman who was full of life, possessing a resilience that inspired those around her and a sense of humor that could light up any room. As a true Gemini, she had a spirit that was vibrant and unforgettable. Beyond her personality, Racheal’s greatest pride and joy was her family. She was a devoted mother, and she was so looking forward to the future as she was eagerly anticipating the arrival of two new grandbabies in the coming months, in addition to the three beautiful grandchildren she already adored. She also leaves behind her beloved cats, who were a constant source of comfort to her. Racheal leaves behind a legacy of laughter, strength, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her sons, Dalton (Madison Hensley) Blaize and Logan Burkhardt; grandchildren, Josie & River Blaize and Jeremy Blair; and her sister, Emily Bayne.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
