Patty Scott, 89, of Monroe City passed away January 28 in Petersburg, IN. She was born to Ray and Opal Evans on May 17, 1928 in Monroe City. She is survived by sons, Andy (Burdetta) Scott- Monroe City, and Dean (Gina) Scott- Knox Co.; grandchildren, Amber Burkhart, Abbey Vieke, Andrea Able, Andrew Scott II, Samantha Scott, William Scott; great grandchildren, Reed and Rowen Burkhart; brother in law- Bill Sutton- Monroe City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Scott; and her parents. Services will be held Friday, Feb. 2, at 10:30 AM at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Thursday and 9-10:30 on Friday. Burial will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Petersburg. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
