Melody Gwen Steward, 56, of Petersburg, passed away May 24, 2022 at her residence. She was born December 9, 1965 to Charles and Betty (Watson) Chanley in Corydon, IN.

Melody is survived by her husband, Bob Steward; sons, Timothy Chanley and Deric Steward; grandchildren, Aydin, Lucas, Trinity, and Sophie Steward; brothers, David and James Chanley; and sisters, Vickie McAllister, Patty Chanley, Tammy Sheckels, and Robin Allen. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Eric Wayne Steward, and brother, Charles Chanley Jr.
