Martha Jean Young, 91, of Winslow, passed away January 29, 2021 in Newburgh, IN. She was born May 1, 1929 to Albert and Maude (Wiscaver) Bement in Cato, IN.

Martha is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Elaine) Young of Oakland City, IN; daughters, Jana (Greg) Dillon of Newburgh, IN and Kathy (Matt) Dye of Darmstadt, IN; grandchildren, Josh Stewart, Nathan Stewart, and Justin Dye; 5 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and 3 step grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Young; her parents; and her brother, Billy Bement.

A graveside service will take place at 2:00pm EST on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Velpen, IN. Masks and social distancing must be maintained at the graveside by state Covid-19 mandates. In addition, those attending the service at the cemetery may choose to remain in their vehicles and tune to 87.9 FM to hear to the service once underway.
