Lois Mae Harper, 85, of Petersburg, passed away September 7, 2022 in Jasper, IN. She was born August 18, 1937 to Virgil and Piney (Hendrickson) Conrad in Pike County. She was married to Foster Willis of Petersburg for 27 years. After his death, she married Kenneth "Zeke" Harper of Winslow. She was a proud member of the Winslow General Baptist Church and was a registered nurse for 31 years working at various places.

Lois is survived by her step children, Bonnie Harper and Ron Harper; 2 step daughters; 3 step great grandchildren; sisters, Thelma Hayes of Pendleton, IN and Crystal Hale of Mishawaka, IN; many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, Foster Willis and Kenneth "Zeke" Harper; and her devoted cat Precious.

Services for Lois will take place 1 PM EST on Saturday, September 10, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN with visitation from 11 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to PAWS of Petersburg. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
