On March 29, 2025, Rev. Larry Gillman Warren; having fought a good fight, having finished the course, and having kept the faith, entered into the arms of Jesus! He was born August 22, 1937 to Thomas Burrel and Savannah (Allen) Warren in Davenport, IA. Larry was a faithful member of the Calvary Holiness Church in Petersburg and the publisher and editor of the Evangelist of Truth, a holiness periodical. He was a faithful warrior of the Cross, spreading scriptural holiness across the nation. He had an intense passion for souls. Larry was an awesome husband and a wonderful father.

Larry is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Jerene (Latham) Warren; son, Jason Thomas Burrel Warren; daughters, Tamara (Greg) Brown, Micah Manning, Sarah (Mark) Jennings, Rachel (Gary) Baker, and Rebekah (Wade) Whittaker; grandchildren, Kelly Knipp, Amos Frady, Randall Smith, Ashley Grissom, Jerene Buckles, Beau Perry, Rachel Lee, Titus Jennings, Samuel Jennings, Grace Hall, James Jennings, Faith Jennings, Brittany Westfall, Matthew Goodwin, Luke Whittaker, Noah Whittaker, Fayth Warren and Gillman Warren; 32 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Ronald Warren; and his sister, Marge Mathias.

Services for Larry will take place at 4 PM EST on Thursday, April 3, at the Calvary Holiness Church in Petersburg, IN with visitation from 1 PM EST until the service. Bro. Craig Line will be officiating and burial will follow at Twin Oaks Church Cemetery in Petersburg. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
