Kenneth P. Reed, 80, of Washington, passed away August 14, 2024 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1944 to Kenneth and Bessie (Harris) Reed in Ayrshire, IN. He graduated from Winslow High School Class of 1961. Kenny worked for Alcoa for 40 plus years before retiring. He was a proud member of the United Steel Workers Union Local #104 and the National Rifle Association.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Nell Reed; daughters, Renee (Ronald) Luttrell, Lisa Reed Wilkie; Angie (Brad) Mann; grandchildren, Devin (Peyton) Wilkie, Kyle Mann, Zachary Mann, Ryan (Kaisha) Luttrell, and Julie (Sam) Meier; great grandchild, Jensen Meier; brother, Jim (Sharida) Reed; and sisters, Deedira Bockhold and Patty Young; and several nieces and nephews.

Kenny is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Diane (Donald) Denton.

Services for Kenny will take place at 2 PM EST on Saturday, August 17, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN with visitation from 11 AM EST until service time. Pastor Matt Malin will be officiating and burial will follow at Iva Cemetery in Iva, IN. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
