Kenneth W. Blair, 73, of Winslow, passed away September 19, 2025 in Dale, IN. He was born April 16, 1952 to Rufus and Rosemary (Bowman) Blair in Washington, IN. After graduating Ken went on to join the United States Navy. He served from 1971 to 1975, first on the Balao-Class Submarine the USS Trumpet Fish for 3 years until its decommission and then the Aircraft Carrier the USS Coral Sea.

Ken is survived by his brother, Chuck (Tarri Finch) Blair; sisters, Julia Waltz and Glenda (Jack) Green; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother in law, Don Waltz.

In accordance with Ken's wishes he will be cremated and a private burial will take place. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
