Keith Traylor, 68, of Velpen Indiana, passed away at his home on October 8, 2026 surrounded by his family. He was born in Denver Colorado to Morris Dean and Jacqueline (Brown) Traylor on January 19, 1958.

Keith worked as a Union Iron Worker for Midwest Steel for many years. He was a member of the Eagles in Winslow, IN, a member of the American Legion in Jasper, IN, he enjoyed gardening, horse back riding, camping, and tinkering in the garage.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Traylor; his sons, Cody (Alex) Traylor, Adam (Danielle) Traylor; his brother, Kevin Traylor; sister, Vicki (Dean) Englert; stepdaughters, Aleshia Kuebler, Mariah (Ethan) Knust; stepson, Kris (Kelsey) Kuebler; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation for Keith will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana and will begin at 10:00 AM EST until 1:00 PM EST. Service will begin at 1:00 PM EST, October 13, 2026 following the visitation time. Burial will take place after the service at Union-Traylor (Burr Oak) Cemetery in Otwell, IN.
