Karin Taylor, 61, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at her home in Monroe City, Indiana.

She was born August 4, 1962 to Edward K. and Patricia (Ficklin) Holman.

She was a 1980 graduate of South Knox High School.  She went on to receive her degree from Vincennes Business College and spent many years in secretarial work for businesses, and later working as a caregiver. She was a member of Hamlin Chapel Church. She loved all animals, including her cats and chocolate Labrador retriever named Leroy Brown.  She enjoyed riding four wheelers and collecting a variety of things.

She was preceded in death by: husband, Tony Taylor; her father Edward K. Holman; her grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia Holman; sisters Jana (Greg) Peters & Krista (Paul) Stephens; nephews Keith Adams & Greg Bottoms; and stepson Corey Taylor.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Hamlin Chapel Cemetery near Monroe City, Indiana, with Pastor Ron Ficklin officiating.
