Judy B. Fowler, 76, of Petersburg, passed away June 7, 2023 in Oakland City, IN. She was born August 13, 1946 to August W. and Lydia Bernice (Lyden) Ritter in Washington, IN. Judy was a member of and attended the Petersburg Moose Lodge and the VFW Post #3587.

Judy is survived by her daughters, Kay Davis, Kathy (Sean) Cheff, and Honey (Kirt) Cates; grandchildren, Stephanie Campbell, Tabitha Freeland, Jennifer Wahl-Catt, Marie Cheff, Elizabeth Cheff, Mallory Logdston, Brooklyn Reavis, Taylor Cates, Alyssa Clark, and Brittney Davis; many great grandchildren; and her sister, Susan (Gary) Felsted.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Fowler; her parents; and her brother, Ronald Ritter Sr.

Services for Judy will take place at 1 PM EST on Monday, June 12, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN with visitation from 10 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Willis Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
