Joseph Lee Mosby, 89, of Otwell, IN passed away on September 27, 2019 in Petersburg. He was born September 25, 1930 in Pike County to Adolph and Ida (Gilliland) Mosby. Joe retired from Whirlpool after 39 years.

He is survived by his daughters, Deborah Jo Ficklin and Cindy Lynn (Jim) Clinard; grandchildren, Chris (Skii) Ficklin, Chelsea (Ben Hicks) Ficklin, Kyle (Renee') Clinard, and Jamie (Stephen) Kessen; great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ivan, Liesl, Olivia, Kendall, Caleb, and Ava; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Jean Mosby; his parents; siblings, Roy, Clarence, Lloyd, Bernard, Mildred, Elizabeth, Edna, Vivian, and Stella; and son in law, Jim Ficklin.

Visitation will take place Monday, Sept. 30, from 10-11:45 AM EST at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN and a graveside service following at 12 PM at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Petersburg. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Otwell High School Alumni Scholarship Fund. Donations may be sent to PO Box 38, Otwell, IN 47564
