Joe E. Mullins, 67, of Winslow, Indiana, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Joe was born on February 14, 1957, in Petersburg, Indiana, to Norman "Moon" and Fern (Beadles) Mullins.

He was self-employed and loved fishing.  He had a generous heart to all of his friends.

He is survived by his sister Norma (James) Goen of Crestview, Florida and by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy (Dent) Mullins; parents Moon & Fern Mullins; sisters Mary Jane Smith & Frances L. Schmidt; and nephew Jason N. Goen.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at O.D. Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana, with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Winslow, Indiana.  Visitation will be from Noon until service time at the funeral home.
