Jo Ann Radcliff, 76, passed away December 27, 2017. She was born July 26, 1941 in New Albany, IN to Alfred and Viola (Oxby) Brewster. She is survived by daughters, Keila (Steven) Shepherd and Kendrea (Mitch) Parker; grandchildren, Ethan Shepherd, Cain Parker, Stephanie Campbell, and Tabitha Freeland; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charles Brewster; and sisters, Betty Snow and Emma Sharp.
Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, Dec. 30 at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg with visitation Friday evening from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Spurgeon Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
