Obituary
James Eugene Wheeler, 62, of Washington passed away September 25, 2019. He was born August 8, 1957 in Charleston, SC to James and Sharron Wheeler.
James is survived by his daughters, Jasmine Wheeler and Nicole Wheeler of Weisbaden, Germany; sister, Susan (Jim) Wheeler of Petersburg; brother, Troy (Fran) Wheeler of Taswell, IN; 3 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Michael Wheeler and Terry Don Wheeler.
A memorial service for James will be conducted at a later date.
