Gabriel Joseph Jones, 18, of Petersburg, passed away February 1, 2024 in Otwell, IN. He was born May 25, 2005 in Jasper, IN. Gabe graduated from Pike Central High School Class of 2022. He was employed at Ripco in Otwell, IN.

Gabe is survived by his father, Gregory Jones; mother, Michelle (Dewayne) Cox Sanders; brothers, Jordan (Jamie) Jones and Tyler Jones; sister, Gracie Jones; nephews, Jaxon Jones, Asher Jones, and Bryer Jones; paternal grandparents, Donald Jones and Barbara Wilson; maternal grandfather, Bobby Cox; and step siblings, Clayton Sanders and Delaney Sanders.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sheila Cox.

A visitation for Gabe will take place from 4 pm to 8 pm EST on Sunday, February 4, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN. A funeral service will take place at 11 am EST on Monday, February 5, at the funeral home. Pastor Ron Ficklin will be officiating, and burial will follow at McClure Cemetery in Algiers. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
