Eldon Ray Loveless

Eldon Ray Loveless, 70, of Petersburg passed away at Deaconess Midtown Hospital on October 21, 2026. He was born in Washington, Indiana to Gerald Lee Loveless and June (Fair) Loveless on May 2, 1956. Eldon loved mowing the grass and was very proud of his mower. He also made it a point to flirt with his nurses during any hospital stay.

Eldon is survived by his mother; his son, Tony Loveless; brother, Tim (Lori) Loveless; nieces, Nicole Lynn Query, Tiffany (Adam) Nossett; nephews, Tristan (Taylor) Loveless, Levi (Brittany) Loveless; grandchildren, Austin (Taylor) Loveless and Hunter (Aspen) Loveless; great grandchild, Oxlee Ray Loveless.

He is preceded in death by his father.

Visitation for Eldon will be on Monday, October 26, 2026 from 10:00 AM EST until 1:00 PM EST at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN. Service will begin at 1:00 PM EST with Alex Benefiel officiating. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
