Edna B. Boger, 95, of Petersburg, passed away July 27, 2020 at Amber Manor Care Center. She was born March 13, 1925 in Rumbletown, IN to Wrentice and Mary Alice (Jerrell) Rumble. Edna was a member of the First Baptist Church of Petersburg and the Eastern Star where she was a Past Grand Deputy. She worked for many years as a clerk for the Midwest Phone Company.

Edna is survived by her nephews, Doyle Beck of Evansville, IN and Paul Beck of Tucumcari, NM; nieces, Barbara Sturgeon of Cedar Falls, IA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Emery Boger; brother, Joe Rumble; sisters, Jessie Beck, Frieda Rumble, and Helen Muncy; and nephew, Robert Beck.

Graveside services will take place at 10 AM EST on Wednesday, July 29, at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Petersburg. Pastor Mike Miller will be officiating and in lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the First Baptist Church Scholarship Fund. Donations may be mailed to 200 N. 8th St. Petersburg, IN 47567. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
