Connie Elaine Mills, 60, of Boonville, passed away February 22, 2021 in Evansville, IN. She was born January 5, 1961 to Ernest and Janice Newton in Boonville, IN.

Connie is survived by her son, Kyle Mills; daughters, Christie Williams and Jessica Muehlbauer; mother, Janice Newton; 7 grandchildren; brother, Scott Newton; and sisters, Teresa Brown, Venus Graves, and Tammy Ruiz. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Rayetta Mills and father, Ernest Newton.

A graveside service will take place at 1 PM EST on Friday, February 26, at Martin Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
