Carol Moore, 86, of Petersburg, passed away July 20, 2025 at Amber Manor Care Center. She was born May 9, 1939 to Clifford and Juanita Jones in Francisco, IN. She was a faithful member of the First Christian Church in Petersburg. She worked for many years in community outreach for Generations in Vincennes, IN.

Carol is survived by her husband, Jim Moore; son, Sam (Gertie) Moore: daughters, Cindy (Tony) Betz and Dana (Jeff) Fiscus; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her son, Bill Moore; two sisters; and her parents.

In accordance with Carol's wishes for cremation there will be no services taking place. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
