Byron David "Butch" Osborn, 68, of Monroe City, passed away December 2, 2022 in Indianapolis, IN. He was born April 14, 1954 to Charles and Berneice (Chamnes) Osborn in Monroe City. Butch was self-employed travelling the area attending auctions and acquiring items to resell. There wasn't an auctioneer in the area that didn't know Butch.

Butch is survived by his brothers, Danny (Jean) Osborn of Monroe City, Kenny (Beverly) Osborn of Vincennes, and Roger (Norma) Osborn of Hazleton; sisters, Tena (Wade) Pemberton and Janie Fields; nieces and nephews, Les (Tiffany) Osborn of Petersburg, Misty (Jeff) Brenton of Petersburg, Bobby (Courtney) Osborn of Chandler, Kenny (Peggy) Osborn Jr. of Vincennes, Justin Pemberton, Ryan (Lauren) Pemberton of Vincennes, Tracy (Jim) Reed of Monroe City, and Tasha (Ryan) Eckler of Vincennes; and several great nieces and great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a niece, and a nephew.

A graveside service will take place at 1 PM EST on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Monroe City, IN. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
