Billie Ann Grubb, 91, of Winslow, passed away November 12, 2022 in Jasper, IN. She was born February 3, 1931 to William and Hilda (Russell) Foutch in Louisville, KY. Billie proudly attended Glezen Revival Center for many years and had been attending the Living Faith International Church recently.

Billie is survived by her daughter, Lana (Carl) Pease; granddaughters, Danisha (Deondre Harris) Carter and Latalia (Chris) Carter; great grandchildren, Kaya Lamberson, Robert Lamberson, and Dreyven Harris; sister in law, Alene Grubb; special friend, Frieda Bolin; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Blythe Grubb; her parents, William and Hilda Foutch; brother, William 'Bill' Hockmeister; and sister, Betty Selby.

Services for Billie will take place at 3 PM EST on Thursday, November 17, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg with visitation from 12 PM until service time. Pastors Jerry "Tuffy" Blackwell and Don Priest will be officiating and burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. A dinner after the burial will be served at Glezen Revival Center in Glezen, IN. The family has asked that all attending the service to please wear a mask. Masks will be provided at the door of the funeral home. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
