Robert Bennett Obituary

Robert Earl Bennett, 87, passed away March 7, at Golden Living Center in Petersburg, IN. He was born on May 31, 1931 in Indianapolis, IN to Patrick Edward and Reba (Yoder) Bennett. He worked for many years at IP&L as a welder.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mary Bennett; son, Robert (Sammy) Bennett Jr.; daughter, Dolly (Mike) Melvin; grandchildren, Marcia (Robbie) Davis, Brandon (Melissa) Bennett, and Dustin (Ashley) Bennett; great grandchildren, Trinity, Chafin, Sydney, and Kieleigh Davis and Baron Ritchie; great grandchildren, Karsyn Snipes.

He is preceded in death by his son, Edward E. Bennett; a granddaughter, Krystal Bennett; his parents; and a great great grandchild.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
